News Flash! Great Bend, PA Home Inspector uses Thermal Imaging; Validates Flood Remediation

Many remember this picture (courtesy of http://wyoming.brickriver.com/files/oPictures_Pages_HSBCSF/Flood06-1_EWV...) of Rob's Market.  When the flood water damage is repaired, whether a river, a sink, toilet, or failed sump pump is the source of flooding, special remediation crews are brought in to dry-down the area.  Specialized equipment such as blowers, dehumidifiers and moisture meters dry down and ensure the job is done.  Thermal imaging validates the dry-down procedure but also decreases the dry down by pin-pointing wet areas previously only found by moisture meter. We can decrease dry down time.  We also see the "dampness".
