Home Inspection Prices

Congratulations!  You're going to be a home owner!  The cost of a home inspection is very small compared to the value of your new home, but an inspection is worth more than you could pay.  The national average basic home inspection price for up to a 2500 sqft home is approximately $450.  This is only a basic home inspection but does not include other items that may increase the cost.  You should expect to pay somewhere near the national average, otherwise you may be cheating yourself out of the highest quality inspection.  A certified  inspector earns his fees many times over. 

Our fee schedule is based upon many factors so it's best to call or email for a quote.  The price may be higher or even lower than the average depending upon the inspection; remember not every home is the same, and prices do vary.  Add on thermal scans to your home inspection and save considerably while seeing what no others can.  You can expect  approximately $400 for your  basic home inspection, but please call.  Bundled packages are the least expensive, so call soon!!!

Commercial inspections are very reasonable and just as detailed as a residential inspection.
